Standard Terms And Conditions
As with any business agreement, most of the following, states the obvious, but is a standard requirement these days.

By placing an order with Eezywebz, you are confirming that you are in agreement with and bound by our terms and conditions set out below.
Definitions:
The Client: A company or an individual requesting the services of Eezywebz.
Eezywebz - Website creation & design (and affiliates who may be called on if required).
Eezywebz - Will only commence work on a project once written agreement has been received via by email.
Website Creation & Design
Website, graphics and any programming code remain the property of Eezywebz until all outstanding fees are paid in full.
Eezywebz cannot accept any responsibility for copyright infringement caused by the inclusion of materials and/or content supplied by the client. Eezywebz reserves the right to refuse to use any content, if we suspect an infringement of copyright may occur, unless adequate proof is provided for permission to use such material.
Any additions to an agreed brief, will be carried out at the discretion of Eezywebz, we reserve the right to charge additional fees for any corrections or additions to an agreed brief.
The client is required to supply any information, graphics, pictures or text, required, in order to complete the site to meet any agreed deadline. Failure to do so, may hold up or bring to the end, the completion of any project.
Eezywebz is not responsible for saving any content supplied by the client, once a website has gone live.
This includes any information, graphics, pictures or text, any website links, social media account links or logins or access to any online data storage space.
Once live, Eezywebz will have no responsibility to hold or save any passwords to your website or any other platform that you may have previously supplied to us for the creation or amendments to your website.
Eezywebz will not be liable for any costs incurred, or compensation for loss of earnings due to the failure to meet agreed deadlines.
Website Hosting
Eezywebz uses the same company to host websites as the web creation software resides on.
This ensures that the client owns both the registered domain and the web hosting package, the client is required to provide an email and password to enable us to create an account in the client's name, thereby ensuring that the client controls their own domain and website, enabling them to update their site themselves or pass it on to any other web designer.
Eezywebz make no guarantees to the availability or any interruption of service of the hosting company, or for loss of turnover, sales, revenue, profits or any indirect consequential loss.
Hosting and domain names are registered and set up for one year only.
To renew these services after the 1st year the customer will be contacted via email (the same email address used to form the account)hosting company
Website Optimisation
Basic SEO is included, however, due to factors, out of our control, Eezywebz make no guarantees, regarding positions achieved.
Domain Name Registration
Eezywebz registers domain names on the client's behalf, if you already own domain, we may charge an admin fee to redirect a website to point to a different server other than the one the website is created on.
Payment of Accounts
A deposit is required before any work is undertaken, unless it is one of our 'promotional offers' any outstanding accounts for work completed are to be paid in full no later than 14 days from the date of the invoice.
Once a deposit is paid and work completed, you are obliged to pay the outstanding balance in full.
You will receive notification of any outstanding balance on accounts by email.
If accounts are not settled, access to the related website may be denied and web pages removed.
If any collaborative partners are required to carry out services on Eezywebz behalf, the client will be obliged to adhere to their own particular terms and conditions, which will be provided directly by them.
The Design & Creation
Unless it's a special offer (i.e. NO UPFRONT COSTS)
A deposit of 50% is required before any website creation design & build work is started, this deposit is non refundable.
Once a website has been completed, the final balance falls due, in accordance with our payment terms, 14 days from date of invoice, without exceptions.
Non payment may result in action being taken.
Once full payment has been received it is assumed that the client is fully satisfied with the website and no refunds can be offered.
Late payments, unless authorised by Eezywebz, may incur a service charge of 5% at of the outstanding balance per month until the any outstanding payment has received.
The client agrees to pay for any extras necessary to complete the work such as stock photography or additional fonts, etc.
Any ad hoc work which usually includes website amendments, updates , additions will be invoiced before any commencement of work.
After the initial brief and the acceptance of a quotation, either in writing or by action and payment of a deposit, this document will be the overriding agreement in forming the contract between us.
Design Themes
You will be given a choice of 3 design themes, we consider suitable.
We don't make any changes to the chosen theme, unless requested to do so by the client, which will be understood to be an additional extra item to any set prices.
Eezywebz may offer discounts from time to time, however the standard price for any packages, will also be displayed at the time of offer.
Eezywebz Standard Terms & Conditions as outlined above must be adhered too within any website creation packages.
